Our Employee Wellbeing

Wellbeing is the way we think and feel about ourselves, our confidence, and our ability to control things in our life, both at home and at work. We recognise the variation in the personal circumstances of our employees, and the demands and commitments on them in terms of balancing their home and working lives. We also recognise that these demands change during a person’s working life.

At Zurich, we embrace wellbeing and have a dedicated central team with active representatives right across our business, all striving to achieve our single aim - for all our employees to be happy, healthy, and to feel supported at work.

Employee Assistance Program

An employee assistance program (EAP) is an employee benefit program that assists employees with personal problems and/or work-related problems that may impact their job performance, health, mental and emotional well-being.

Flex Work

We empower our employees to work in ways which best suit their needs both professionally and personally without the traditional limitations of where the work is performed.

Employee Recognition & Rewards

A programme to recognize employees for behaviours that contribute to a high performing culture based on our corporate values. Points will be awarded and can then be redeemed for e-vouchers, travel & attraction, fitness and wellness related products & services.

Birthday Leave

Employees will be credited with 1 day of leave to be used anytime during their birthday month.

Long Service Recognition

This long service award program is for all employees.
