Yes. Your existing Zurich Travel Insurance policy remains valid until the expiry date stated in your Certificate of Insurance. All benefits, coverage and services stated in your Certificate of Insurance and Policy Wording remains unchanged. If there are any updates or changes, Zurich will inform you accordingly in advance.

Our claim process remains unchanged; you may submit your claims here. As a reminder, you must notify us within 30 days of the occurrence of any event which may give rise to a claim.

No, renewal of existing Zurich Travel Insurance annual policy is no longer available. You can continue your travel protection by purchasing a new Travel Guard policy, which offers similar trusted coverage with enhanced benefits. Click here to get a quote.
