Zurich appoints Head of Commercial Insurance, Malaysia

Singapore, May 6, 2025 – Zurich Insurance has appointed Mr. Wayne Leow as Head of Commercial Insurance, Malaysia. Mr. Leow will lead the Commercial Insurance function, spearheading growth across multiple lines of business and distribution channels in Malaysia.

Junior Cho, CEO Zurich Malaysia, said: “Wayne’s deep market knowledge and proven ability to build high performing teams and scale commercial relationships will be instrumental in strengthening our position in commercial insurance. Mr Leow joins Zurich from Chubb Malaysia, where he most recently served as Chief Broking & Large Corporate Officer, driving business growth across this region. He brings more than 17 years of insurance industry experience, having held senior leadership roles at Chubb, Aon, and MSIG Insurance.

Mr. Leow will report to Junior Cho, CEO Zurich Malaysia, and matrix into Liam Burrell, CEO Zurich Singapore & Head of Commercial Insurance, Asia.
